    1 pound ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup (10 oz.)
    1/2 bag Seasons Onion Blend
    3yellow squash
    2 zuccini squash
    1 can chopped tomato
    1/2 bag shredded chedder cheese


serves 4
make in 9 x9 square pan
in frying pan cook ground beef with onion blend salt and pepper add mushroom soup
when cooked pour into 9 x9 pan
in same pan saute sliced squash for 5 min.
put on top of meat.
add on top of meat
pour tomatoes on top
put shredded cheese on top
bake at 350 for a half hour or until cheese is golden brown

  • awesome dish...I used diced tomatoes with garlic and herbs and did 3 zucchini insted of vegs listed also used whole bag of cheese and sprinkled garlic powder on it before baking - 7/25/07
