Ingredients

    3/4 cup w/w pastry flour
    1/2cup oat flour
    4 tablespoons flax meal
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla stirred into yogurt
    1.25 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients except sugar. Cut in cold butter until small pea size pieces. Stir in sugar, then add yogurt mixture just until moist, add blueberries finish mixing in by hand to bring together as somewhat sticky dough ball. flatten and form into 3/4 inch high circle on flour dusted surface. Cut into 8 wedges and place on greased, or foil, or parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes makes 8 scones
