    Celery, raw, 400 grams
    Onions, raw, 350 grams
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    *Better Than Boullion Vegetable, 2 tsp
    *Skim Milk, .5 cup
    Yeo Valley Organic Half Fat Creme Fraiche, 15 gram(s)
    Water, tap, 40 fl oz


Chop up the solid ingredients put them in a saucepan and add everything else except the creme fraiche. Bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes. Blitz the soup with a blender. Swirl in the creme fraiche. Serve and eat with or without bread.
