    Bulgur, dry, 1 cup (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated (remove)
    Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Vegetable Broth, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .5 cup (remove)
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)


add bulgur to 1.5 cups water, let sit for 30 minutes or until soft
cook rice while bulgur soaks

cook veggie stock and onion, zucchini, carrot, and seasonings in pan over medium until water has evaporated

add to bulgur, add egg, flour, walnuts, and rice

form into patties, cook in frying pan until golden.

serve and enjoy
