Ingredients

    1 cup Old fashioned oatmeal cooked
    1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    2 large Eggs
    2 Egg whites
    1/2 cup Sucralose (like Splenda)

Directions

Prepare oatmeal - mix all ingredients and cook on lightly sprayed griddle or pan. Flip when edges start to dry and cake becomes bubbly.

Makes about 6 7-8" cakes
