    28 fl oz can of diced tomatoes
    14 fl oz can of kidney beans
    10 fl oz can of sliced mushrooms
    14 fl oz can of maple style beans
    1 cup diced onions
    1/2 cup diced celery(optional)
    1-2 tsp chili powder(to taste)
    salt to taste


microwave onions(and celery) for approx 1 -2 minutes(until clear).
Place all other ingredients in a saucepan. Add onions. Being careful not to burn the beans, let simmer for approx 1/2 hour.
Serve over rice or a baked potato
1 cup per serving (7.5 cups total)
