    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1.5 cup, diced
    *Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup


mix all ingredients. be sure to drain pineapple.
shape into loaf and bake for 90 mins.
