Number of Servings: 8


    1.5 Tblsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tsp. Grated Ginger Root
    2 tsp. Honey
    1.5 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
    1.5 cups Green Cabbage; shredded
    1 cup Red Cabbage; shredded
    1 cup Carrots; shredded
    3 Tblsp. Raisins (golden for sweetness)
    2 Medium Scallions; chopped


Combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, raisins and scallions in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour over salad, toss and chill for at least 30 minutes.
