    1 Chicken Breast (8oz) (cut into chunks)
    1/8 cup whole wheat flour
    Asian 5 spice
    1 Red Pepper (sliced)
    8 oz of Green Beans (steamed)
    1 Large Onion (sliced)
    1 T EVOO
    1T Soy Sauce
    1 t garlic paste
    1/2 t ginger paste
    2 Lemons (juice of)
    6 oz Bean Sprouts
    1/2 cup white wine.


Combine whole wheat flour and asian spice powder. Toss chicken chunks to coat.
In 1 T evoo saute the chicken. Remove from pan when done (approx. 4 Min). Add the onion and saute 2 minutes. Add red pepper saute 2 minutes. Add steamed green beans and bean sprouts. Continue to saute 2 minutes vegs should be slighly wilted but not soggy. Add back the chicken, then add garlic paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, white wine and lemon juice. Saute for 2 more minutes. Check to see if the chicken is done. This makes 3 servings.
