Low-sodium salsa Low-sodium salsa

Ingredients

    6 Roma tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
    1 Tbsp diced green chilies
    1 Tbsp diced jalapeno
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend
    1/4 tsp Morton Lite salt

Directions

Add garlic, onion, cilantro, green chilies, jalapeno in a food processor. Pulse to blend to desired consistency. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Pulse again until desired consistency is reached. Put in sealed containers and chill to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, eggs or your favorite dish.
