Number of Servings: 8


    1/2 package of No Yolks Noodles (3 servings)

    1 can Cream of Chicken, Healthy Request soup
    1.75 C nonfat milk
    .5 C frozen peas
    12 oz. can white tuna (albacore) packed in water, drained
    1-2 tsp dried onion
    dash of garlic
    couple twists of fresh ground black pepper

    1/2 c panko bread crumbs
    1 T margarine, melted


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook noodles according to directions, drain.

In a medium saucepan combine all other ingredients. Cook until bubbly. Add noodles. Transfer to a casserole dish or 8 x 8 pan. (I spray with nonstick sray to avoid stickiness.)

Top with breadcrumbs combined with melted margarine.

Bake covered for 20 minutes, remove cover and bake 5 minutes more to crisp the crumbs. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Serves 8.
