Number of Servings: 6


    * *weight watchers plain nonfat yogurt, 2 cup
    * *Almond Milk - Silk Original, 1 cup
    * Honey, .33 cup
    * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    * *All Natural Sliced Almonds, 0.25 cup


Add first four ingredients to a chilled (preferably metal) bowl. Let freeze for ~3 hours. Take out and stir in almonds, put back in freezer. Serve when ready. Makes 6 servings.

(Sometimes after I add the almonds I spit the ice cream up into 6 cups, then freeze until hard.)
