    1 FROZEN sliced banana
    .5 cup fresh strawberries (trimmed)
    .5 cup fresh sliced peach
    .5 cup fresh pineapple
    1 packet carnation instant breakfast OR 12-16 oz. reduced fat milk OR 12-16 oz. orange juice


Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink for a great breakfast or dessert. You won't need ice since you have the frozen sliced banana, unless you want ice. I also like to add blueberries, blackberries or raspberries, too. You can change the portions of the liquid you choose and fruits you choose to taste. You can also add some wheat germ and/or flax seed! Also, you can cut the fresh fruit early (Sunday) and use it for a few days in a row for a good weekday morning start. Keep it all cold in the fridge.
