BEWARE! This stuff is addictive! BEWARE! This stuff is addictive!
Number of Servings: 4

    3 Roma Tomatoes
1 small onion (white or yellow)
    2 cloves of garlic
1-2 jalapenos (use all the green and 3-4 seeds only - the more seeds the hotter it gets!)
    1 lime (juice only)
    6 leaves of cilantro
    garlic salt to taste

In your chopper - combine the tomatoes, small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, jalapeno(s) (with seeds removed), 3-4 jalapeno seeds, juice of 1 lime, 6 cilantro leaves and some garlic salt to taste. Chop until ti's all chopped up small. You may have to do an ingredient at a time depending on your chopper. You can this salsa to salads, meats, tacos or just eat with quacamole or advocados with baked tostitos. It's awesome - I pinky swear! Thanks, Tammy!
