Ingredients

    1 cup. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp Low cal marg
    1/4 cups cornstarch
    3 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1/2 stp. dried basil leaves
    2 oz mozzarella
    2 chicken breast
    3 cups Fresh spinach
    4 cups dried pasta ( cook seperate and mix before serving)

Directions

In large skillet, over medium heat, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender, about 5 min. Stir in cornstarch: mix in broth and basil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens: stir in chees until melted. Add chicken, spinach. Cover and cook 1 until chicken is competely cooked through. Mix cooked pasta in stir and enjoy! 10 servings!
