    1.5 T KC barbeque sauce
    1/3 c chopped rotisserie chicken
    1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
    3 T whole wheat flour
    1 T instant oats (pre-cooked with water)
    1/2 T chicken broth
    2 T skim milk
    3/4 tsp Fleischmann's Active Dry yeast
    pinch salt
    extra flour


Chop chicken into 1/3 cup serving. Same with lettuce.

To make dough, dissolve yeast in boiling water ten minutes. Take wheat flour and add a pinch of salt, Splenda, milk and broth, and slowly stir in yeast mix. You may not use all of it.

Let dough sit for up to an hour. Then add cooked oats, and pour onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and remove to add toppings. Add only sauce and chicken for now. Put back in oven for 5-10 minutes or until crust is browned and crispy. Add lettuce and cut into servings. Good left over too!
