Ingredients

    - 1 medium/large banana
    - Additional: vanilla sugar, cinnamon or chocolate (preferably dark - 65% or more)

Directions

Mash up the banana with a fork or put it in your food processor/blender.
If you want to add vanilla or cinnamon then now is the time to do it.
Put in small containers, I use the Tupperware Ice Cream Containers.. They can contain up to 60 ml.
Put in freezer and store until you want to eat them.

If you want to coat your ice creams in chocolate wait until they are completely freezed.
Then melt your chocolate. Take your ice cream out of the container and coat it.
Then you can eat it right away or put it back in the freezer.

Serving size is one of the 60ml ice creams. The nutritional info is calculated WITHOUT the chocolate, but with 1 tsp of vanilla sugar.

Great idea. I have tried just putting a stick in the end of half a banana but this works well too. - 11/16/13
