Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
*bean sprouts canned Geisha, 1.5 cup (remove)
*La Choy fancy mixed chinese vegetables (1/2 cup), 3 serving (remove)
*99 % fat free Swanson chicken broth, 1.5 cup (remove)
*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
*Argo Cornstarch, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
*Diamond Crystal Salt Sense Real Iodized Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
*Black Pepper, .25 tsp (remove)
*Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
1. Coat large pan with cooking spray. Cut chicken in cubes and cook over medium heat until done.emove from pan.
2.Add celery, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts and chinese vegetables, stir fry for about 3 to 5 min.
3. In med bowel whisk broth, soy sauce, and cor4nstarch together. Add broth to pan. Bring to a boil . Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Return chicken to pan and heat through.
4. Serve over rice. Serves 4
