Ingredients

    1lb of your favorite pork chops
    1 Tbsl olive oil
    1 tsp of ground cumin
    1 tsp ground coriander
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp ground red peper


Directions

1.Prepare grill or preheat broiler.
2. Wash and trim Pork Chops
3.Combine oil, cumin, coriander, salt, cinnamon and red pepper in small bowl; mix well. Rub or brush oil mixture over both sides of Pork chops. Sprinkle garlic over both sides of Pork chops.
Alternative: Place the ingerdiants in step 2 in a ziploc bag mix well . Place chops in the ziploc bag and shake untill coated with seasoning

4. Grill on covered grill, or broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, 5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Increase cooking time for well done.
Alternative: spray a baking dish with non stick spray place prepared chops in pan and bake for about 20-30 minutes in a 400 degree oven turning once about half way through cooking. For bone in chops they a well done when the meat pulls away from the bone.

    We were looking for something to liven up our meat & veggie meals. We loved this recipe! Very tasty. We will definately make it again and may try using the ingredients for chicken, too. - 3/28/10
