Ingredients

    1/4 cup wheat flour
    1/2 cup instant oats, cooked
    1/8 c Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 c skim milk
    1 egg white
    5 t cocoa powder
    1 T instant coffee/3 T water
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 dash salt/baking soda

Directions

Mix coffee grounds in 2 T water. Cook the oatmeal according to package directions. Mix well with all other ingredients in a small bowl. Bake in a greased muffin tin for 5-6 minutes or until they're not gooey anymore. makes 12 'cookies'
