Ingredients

    8 medium portabella mushroom (approx. 3-oz. each)
    1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1 TBL. nonfat sour cream
    2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    2 TBL. diced celery
    2-4 TBL. sliced fresh jalapeno
    2 TBL. Stove Top Sage Stuffing, dry

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Wash & dry mushrooms. Remove stems and chop. Add them to a medium bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Put 2 TBL. filling in each mushroom, mounding extra on top. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through.

4 Servings

With such a low calorie count, you can have 3 or 4 and make a meal.
