    1 tbp. Lite soy sauce
    1 Splenda packet
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tbp. lime juice
    Dash of ground ginger
4 oz. frozen tilapia fillets (or other thin mild fish), defrosted

*Makes 1 serving*

1. Combine the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, lime juice, and ginger in a wide, shallow baking pan that will hold all of the fish in a single layer.
2. Add the tilapia, then turn it over so that it's coated all over with the marinade. Set aside for 20 min or so.
3. Slide the pan into the oven on the rack closest to heat, and broil the fish for 5 minutes.
4. Turn the pan around (back to front), and broil for 5 more minute. (You can turn the fish over.) If the juices in the pan appear to burn, add a little water to the dry spot to prevent burning. The fish should be opaque and flaky.
5. Spoon the sauce over the fish when serving.
