    1 cup dried lentils
    8 c 98% fat free chicken broth
    1 T olive oil
    1 head cabbage shredded
    2 roma tomatoes peeled
    1 can tomato paste
    1.5 c cut carrots


Combine ingredients, bring to boil, cover and simmer gently. Stir occasionally until veggies are soft.
