Ingredients

    High liner Tortilla Crusted Tilapia, 4 fish, cooked
    Earthbound Farm Organic (Spring Mix Salad), 2 cup
    Grape Tomatoes, 18 halved
    Farm Country Cheese House Natural Smoked Cheddar, 2 oz
    *Bell pepper, Red, 1/2 cup diced
    Papaya Chipotle Pineapple Earth & Vine Dressing, 2 TBSP
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1.5 cup
    Chili powder to taste
    Cumin to taste
    Garlic salt to taste

Directions

Cook fish accoding to package directions. Measure out 2 plates with 1 cup salad mix on each. Saute corn and peppers with garlic salt, cumin, and chilli powder to taste. Let cool a little. When fish is cooked and cooled down cut into strips and place on lettuce. Add corn and peppers. Add 1 oz grated smoked cheddar per salad. Add 1/2 of tomatoes to each salad. Add 2 tbsp dressing per salad.
