    500g mince
    1 cup peas and corn, canned or frozen
    2 onions, roughly chopped
    1 cup gravy
    2 Tbsp curry powder
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil


1/ Heat oil in pan.
2/ Add mince and fry until cooked through.
3/ Add onion and fry until cooked.
4/ Add the peas and corn and heat through.
5/ Add gravy and curry and mix through.

Makes 6 equal serves.
