Introduction

This is an altered version of a recipe I found in a WW pure points 2000 cookbook. This is an altered version of a recipe I found in a WW pure points 2000 cookbook.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    *Potato, peeled & boiled, 32 oz (remove)
    *green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Tesco light mayonnaise, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *wholegrain mustard, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Bacon - Tesco Healthy Living Unsmoked rashers (per 2 rashers), 1.5 serving (remove)

Directions

cut potato into bite-sized pieces.
add onion, mustard and mayonnaise. Stir until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
Cut bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp. Drain and crumble over top of potato salad.
