    4 oz acai juice
    4-6 oz milk or plain yogurt
    4 oz each of frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries and peaches


put everything in magic bullet/blender the night before and put in fridge. this will thaw just enough overnight to make it really easy to blend, but still cold and yummy. next morning super easy, all you have to do is pop it on the base and you are good to go!
