    2cups of whole wheat penne pasta, 1 zucchini cubed,(equals 2 cups), 2 cups of grape tomotoes halved.


Cube zucchini, half tomotoes. Cook both of these together with 1 tbsp. of canola oil, use seasoning of your choice. Cook for about 10-15mins until tender. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Once everything is finished mix everything together and serve with grated cheese on top.
