    1 package Namaste Foods Gluten Free Spice Cake Mix
    1 cup canned fresh pumpkin
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup water
    2/3 cup oil
    1 tsp flax seed


Heat oven to 350
Lightly spray or grease pans
Combine eggs, water, oil and flax seed to cake mix and blend well.
Add in pumpkin.
Bake for approximately 30 - 35 minutes for two 9" pans or 20-25 minutes for cupcakes.

I cut into 32 brownie size pieces for a quick dessert.
