Introduction

Low fat Ground Turkey burgers made with Ezekiel Cereal and veggies. Low fat Ground Turkey burgers made with Ezekiel Cereal and veggies.

Ingredients

    4 oz Ground Turkey, Low Fat
    0.25 Cup Ezekiel 4:9 Golder Flax Cereal
    1 Egg Large
    0.13 Cup Celery, diced
    0.13 Cup Onion, diced
    0.25 Tbsp Mustard
    0.25 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    0.25 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
    Dash Pepper, Black
    Dash Sea Salt

Directions

1. Mix everything together except the Ground Turkey.
2. Add mixture to Ground Turkey and mix well.
3. Form into a burger.
4. Spray a pan with Pam and heat to hot before adding the Turkey Burger.
5. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERCOOK THE TURKEY BURGER!! Cook time is an estimate.
