    chicken breast, equivalent to a whole chicken
    1 can Rotel Diced tomoatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 lb. velveeta cheese
    1 onion chopped
    1 bag baked tortilla chips


Cook chicken breast. Microwave canned ingredients, cheese and onion until cheese is melted. Alternate layers of chips, chicken and cheese mixture.
