    4 Spelt Tortillas
    2 Cups Canned Pinto Beans
    1/2 Cup Salsa
    2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Red or Green Bell Pepper
    1 tsp Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp oregano
    Tabasco Sauce to taste

    1/2 to 1 C Shredded Lettuce
    1 Ripe Tomato
    1/4 C Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
    2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Red Onions


Combine beans, salsa, bell peppers and seasoning in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered 5minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Mash beans slightly. Spoon equal portion onto each tortilla. Add toppings. Roll tortilla. Eat and enjoy!
