    2 tilapia fillets
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp each salt, pepper, cumin, and cayanne
    2 tbls olive oil


1. In a small, flat bottomed dish, whisk together flour and spices.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Press tilapia fillets into coating on both sides and shake off excess.
4. Fry tilapia in oil, approx. 3-4 min on each side.
