    2 carrots, peeled and sliced
    OR 1/4 package baby carrots, whole
    1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

    *The nutrition info may seem very off, but I did include the glaze in the calculations, taking into consideration the fact that by the time you eat up all the carrots, there's still a bunch of glaze left*


*Makes 1 serving*

1. Cook carrots until tender- or to desired "doneness". (I usually steam them to retain the most flavor).
2. Melt butter and add brown sugar and ginger to stirring to blend.
3. Add sauce to carrots and stir to coat.
