Number of Servings: 3

    * Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 400 grams
    * Egg, fresh, 4 small
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * Flour, whole grain, 50 grams

    * Jams, preserves, jelly, 100 grams

Mix the yogurt with the eggs, the sugar and vanilla extract. Sprinkle the flour on a baking pan, then pour the mixture on the flour, carefully. Place it in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until firm. Take it out, let it cool for a few minutes and then cut in 4 quarters. Place them one on top of the other, filling in between, then put the cake to cool in the refrigerator.

Makes 3 servings.

To make a full, round cake you need 4 times the ingredients and bake 4 times, so the cake would have 4 layers. Otherwise you bake once and cut it in 4 quarters, then place them one on top of the other, filling in between.

Number of Servings: 3
