    300g Pasta
    2 cups Grape Tomatoes, halved
    1 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
    3/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
    2 cups Chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup Peanuts, chopped

    1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup
    2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
    1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 tsp Ground Pepper


Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, red onion, chickpeas, and peanuts. When the pasta is ready, drain and add to the grape tomato and chickpea mixture. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing. Add the dressing to the pasta salad and mix well. Serve immediately or put in the refrigerator to be enjoyed later as a cold pasta salad. Makes 6 servings.
