    2 boneless & skinless Chicken breast sliced in waffer's
    8 large baby carrots julienned
    one small onion cubed
    2 green onions sliced
    2 cups broccoli tops
    1 large zucchini cubed
    1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    2 cups long kou bean threads
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 1/2 cups water
    2 tbsp flour


Soak bean threads in hot water for 15 minutes. Over high heat In a wok or large frying pan add 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil and chicken and hoisin sauce cook until chicken is done remove chicken from pan. Place pan back on burnner add 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil add onions carrots and green onions cook about 2 minutes add broccoli and zucchini heat on high for 2 minutes add 1/2 the water stir while steaming for 2 minutes add the rest of the water let steam while stirring 2 minutes add cooked chicken cook 4 minutes add pineapples cook 2 minutes add sesame seeds and 2 tbsp flour. Let cook until it reached the thickness you want.
