    Pasta, cooked, 350 grams
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Egg Yolk, 3 large
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Bacon, 6 medium slices, cooked (raw product
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


Boil 3 L of water with a tsp of salt

In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks then slowly whisk-in Cream, Milk, Cheese [In that order]

Place Bacon on a cookie sheet and bake in 350 oven until medium-crisp

In a small saucepan, heat oil to medium then add-in chopped bacon, garlic and onions. Sautee for about 3 mins.
Slowly add-in cheese mixture and reduce to LOW.

When pasta is cooked al-dente, drain then add to saucepan and the cheese/bacon mixture.
