    4 (1/2" thick) pineapple slices
    1 cup mango, peeled and sliced
    1 avocado, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup cilantro


Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Cook pineapple slices and mango, 3 minutes per side or until browned. Divide pineapple, mango, and avocado among 4 plates.

Whisk together lime juice, honey, and salt. Drizzle dressing over salads. Sprinkle cilantro evenly over salads.

Alternate serving option: Whisk together juice, honey, and salt in a medium bowl. Add avocado and toss to coat. Cook pineapple and mango, allow to cool for a few minutes, then chop. Add to bowl along with cilantro and toss to mix. Serve immediately.
