Ingredients

    1 Can Salmon
    I Egg White
    2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
    I Small Onion
    I Teaspoon Minced Garlic
    1/8 Cup Lemon Juice
    1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    Canola Oil
    Seasonings of Choice

Directions

Shred bread slices and onion in food processor. Mix all ingredients with exception of canola oil in small mixing bowl. Form mixture into 8 patties and place into frying pan greased with canola oil on medium heat. Cook for 20 minutes or until browned.
