    4 medium poblano peppers, halved and seeded
    16 oz can refried fat free beans
    8.8 oz package microwaveable brown rice
    1/2 C picante sauce
    1/4 C reduced fat mexican cheese


Place chile havles cut side up on a round microwave safe plate. Cover with wax paper and microwae on high for 3 minutes.

While chiles cook, combine beans, rice, and picante or pico de gallo in a medium bowl stirring well. Spoon bean mixture evenly into chile halves. Cover with wax paper; microwave at high 2 minutes. Unvoe chiles, sprinkle each half with 2 Tbsp cheese. Cook on high 1-2 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
