Ingredients

    * Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 200 grams
    * Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces
    * Dill weed, fresh, 10 sprigs
    * Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup
    * Flour, whole grain, 0.15 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    * Salt to your taste

Directions

Boil spaghetti and mushrooms separately. Prepare sauce in a pan: mix the milk with the flour and the chopped dill weed sprigs and place the pan on the cooker, on a small flame. Stir continuously until it thickens, then add the salt and the drained mushrooms. Drain spaghetti too, portion them in two bowls, pour the mushrooms with sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan while still hot.

Makes 2 servings. Or one, if you are really-really hungry.
