    3/4 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 cup flaxseed meal
    1/2 cup what bran
    2 tsps baking powder

    2 medium oranges - peeled and sectioned
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 Eggland's Best Eggs
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup golden raisins


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Oil a 12 cup muffin tin
In large bowl combine oat bran, all purpose flour, flaxseed meal, wheat bran and baking powder. Set aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine orange sections, brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, eggs and baking soda.
Pour orange mixture into set aside bowl of dry ingredients and mix until blended. Stir in golden raisins.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
Cool in muffin pan for about 10 minutes before removing.
