fry egg , remove roll & slice

fry onion, garlic, ginger - fry 2mins
add ham, chiroz, sherry, sugar - fry 2mins
add rice and stir well to combine
add soy sauce and leeks, spring onions, peas fry till brown about 5 mins
add cook prawns remaining spring onions and warm throug then serve
