Ingredients

    I medium butternut squash peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 garlic clove chopped
    4 medium carrots peeled and sliced
    3 medium sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
    3 stalks of celery
    325 skinless chicken breast
    15 grams of vegetable bouillion powder or a veg stock cube

Directions

chop everything up and place in large saucepan cover with water and bring to the boil. Simmer for aprox an hour or until chicken is cooked.
