    * Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
    * Half and Half Cream, .25 cup
    * Milk, 1%, .75 cup
    * White Wine, 3 fl oz
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 3 dash
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    * Romano Cheese, 2 oz
    * *Baby Artichoke Heart, 15 serving
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    * *Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Coconut Oil, 2 1tsp


Sautee clean sliced mushrooms in olive oil/coconut oil mixture until they "sweat" their water. Add sliced bell pepper and jarred baby artichokes (drained) and sautee additional few minutes. Add snowpeas, cover and steam 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, sautee garlic and onion in butter and then deglaze with white wine. Add half & half (off heat) and stir, return to heat and add milk and cheese, stirring constantly. Pour sauce into gravy boat and serve veggies over basmati rice (not included in calculations) with sauce poured over top.
