Introduction

Got it through the grapevine. Modified it a bit for taste. Needed something to do with bluefish. Got it through the grapevine. Modified it a bit for taste. Needed something to do with bluefish.

Ingredients

    1.25 lbs bluefish
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
    2 tbl cup melted margarine or butter
    2 tbl lemon juice
    1/2 tsp thyme

Directions


Cut into serving-size portions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put fish in a
well-greased 2-quart baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice, and thyme.
Pour over fish.

Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
