Ingredients

    *Snow Peas, fresh, 1.5 cup , thinly sliced
    Cabbage, napa, 8 cup, coarsely shredded
    Scallions, raw, 2 bunches thinly sliced, including green tops
    Cilantro, fresh, 1.3 cups, lightly chopped
    Radishes, 1.3 cup thinly sliced
    Almonds, 0.65 cup, slivered
    vinegar, white wine, 3 tbsp
    *Splenda, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Sesame Oil, .5 1tsp
    cayenne pepper, .25 ts
    *Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 1 cup

Directions

Place almonds in 9" cake pan in 350 oven until golden, 6-9 minutes. In large bowl,combine cabbage, peas, radishes, scallions, and cilantro. A mandoline slicer is perfect to use to do all your slicing. Make dressing: whisk together vinegar, Splenda, oil, garlic, and cayenne. Then whisk in mayo. Toss cabbage mixture with dressing and almonds. Serve and enjoy!

    I GIVE IT A 5. ANYTHING WITH CILANTRO GET MY INTEREST PEAKED. ADDED JUST A LITTLE MORE VINEGAR, DONT LIKE RADISHES. LOVED IT. ALSO THE CHEF AT THE RESTAURANT I WORK AT LOVED IT. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - 8/4/09

    I really love this recipe. I did leave out the radishes, used Red Wine Vinegar cuz that was all I had and I used regular mayo. However, you need very little dressing for this to be delicious. I serve the dressing on the side for portion control. - 2/20/10

    This is not your average, boring slaw! My DP really pigged out on it.

    I omitted the radishes, but there was still plenty of flavor.

    Can't figure out why the title refers to soy, though!
