A new spin on an old Idea A new spin on an old Idea

    1/2 lb ground beef
    low sodium taco seasoning (old el paso)
    Sargento mexican blend cheese
    Doritos (these are what I use but any chip will work)


Heat oven to 350. Brown the meat and add seasoning as directed by the package. Spread the doritos/chips onto a cookie tray (putting foil down first helps with clean up). Spread the meat over the chips (spooning small amount helps with equal dispersion). Sprinkle cheese on top. Toss in the oven for a few minutes (watch for the cheese to melt)

Makes as many servings as you want... It's usually just me and my husband so we split it.
