Introduction

This is my very first batch and I may need to cut back on the nuts and add more protein to balance fats to protein intake. This is my very first batch and I may need to cut back on the nuts and add more protein to balance fats to protein intake.

Ingredients

    Almonds, 2 cup, whole
    Walnuts, 1 cup shelled
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 1 cup, halves and whole
    White Chia Seeds, 2 oz
    Crofters South America Superfruit Spread, 2 tbsp
    MLO Brown Rice Protein Powder, 150 gram(s)
    Medjool Dates with Pit, 368 gram(s)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor except for the Superfruit Spread. Process until a somewhat buttery consistency. Put in bowl and fold the spread into the mixture. Flatten in 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
